Kail was wearing a crisp white shirt, a pair of gray pants, and a black jacket. He acted like he owned the penthouse, playing his violin and looking very comfortable.

Silje glanced at him and when she didn’t say a word, Kail put down his violin and said to her coldly, “You are staring. Don’t you have anything to say to me? Are you so impressed by my music that you became speechless?”

Silje crossed her arms and continued to remain quiet. Remembering how she fainted at the end of that night with him, she decided that she had to be alert and cautious. She continued to watch Kail carefully.

An elegant gray pashmina hung on the sofa. He must’ve worn it today, and it would’ve suited him perfectly. Was he trying to appeal to her model side?

At the same time, Kail was enjoying looking at her as well. He said to her unhurriedly, “Is that outfit from the most recent collection by Isabel Marant? The black and red flower patterns look impressive. It must be good to be a model since you get to try out the newest fashion trends. Don’t you agree?”

How did he know what she was wearing? While she tried to hide her surprise, Kail asked, “So, you came in dressed like a jungle queen. What do you want from me?”

Silje remained calm. She walked towards him menacingly and replied, “There is nothing I want from you.”

She was used to his comments now. Silje continued coldly, “Isn’t it you who wants me? I just…”

“You just came here because you have no choice. Is that what you were going to say? You have no choice until I leave New York. You wish I would leave you alone as soon as possible, right?”

When she tried to retort, Kail stood up and walked towards her fast. Silje frowned and argued, “Don’t say it like that. We need to get this straight. You are the one who wants me, Kail. Do you deny it?”

“No, and the day will never come when you want me just as much as I want you. But the most important thing here is that at least in this giant city, you are mine.”

Before Silje could say anything, Kail stole her lips.

Silje didn’t want the repeat of their last time, so she shook her head. She tried to get away, but Kail continued to kiss her, lightly biting her lips till they opened. He thrust his tongue into her mouth and Silje trembled helplessly.

Kail was gaining control again and she couldn’t let this continue. Silje twisted her body as hard as she could and somehow she got away from his grasp.

“…! Ahhh!”

She panted breathlessly and glared at him. Silje could never learn to like Kail’s kiss. He was too vicious, and he kissed like he was eating her lips. He always tried to take control and he pushed her to remind her that she was his.

He was too hot. He burned for her and his lips felt rough yet smooth at the same time.

Silje clenched her teeth. This wouldn’t do. If this continued, he was going to eat her alive again.

What they had in Oslo was no more. She was young and innocent back then, and she couldn’t handle him.

But now, Silje hoped that it would be different. Perhaps they could fight on equal grounds. Listening to Belioz, Silje glanced at him secretly.

If she wanted to win, she had to take back her control.

After a short hesitation, Silje started to undress herself.

Feeling Kail’s intense stare, she slowly took off her black fur coat. Underneath, Isabel Marant’s asymmetrical dress appeared. As Kail described, it was decorated with black and red flowers and it looked luxurious.

Silje looked like a wildflower blooming in the jungle.

“…Beautiful,” Kail exclaimed slowly. He looked mesmerized.

Not saying a word, Silje walked toward him, showing off her gorgeous long legs. She placed her leg on the wooden chair seductively.

“Are you trying to seduce me?”

Kail stared intensely, and as she took off her heels, Silje asked, “Try and guess.”

He raised his eyebrows at her provocation.

Silje unzipped her tight dress as she looked at him. The dress dropped to the floor silently and only in her black slip, Silje walked towards him.

She didn’t move seductively or sexily. She was on her bare feet, but she walked like she was on a runway. Her back straight and confident, she moved towards him and Kail stared hungrily.

“You are indeed seducing me. Thanks to you, my pants are about to burst open.”
At his explicit words, Silje didn’t react. Although he still sat on the chair coolly, his eyes looked penetrating. Silje glared and replied, “Good. That means that we can finish this fast.”

Without hesitation, Silje sat on his legs, which made Kail grin.

“I can see that this night is going to be good.”

“I’m not doing this for you.”

Kail’s eyes sparked as he replied, “Fine. Let’s see how good you are. Try your best to satisfy me, if you dare.”

It was a warning hidden in a challenge, but Silje didn’t care. Slowly, she started to move her body against him.

“Very nice, Silje. So you really want to finish this fast?”

“Just remember that you are the one who made me do this. Let’s just get this over with.”

She pushed his muscular legs apart and mounted him. She suddenly couldn’t breathe as she looked into his green eyes. She slowly pushed herself down to take him in. She closed her eyes and felt his thickness sliding into her. Her body trembled wildly, and her waist started to move on its own.

Could this be their last night? Could she escape him finally after tonight?

No matter what, it was going to be a long night.

Her legs felt numb. She was moving her body as daringly as she could, but when she opened her eyes, Kail was looking at her with a sardonic grin.

He whispered quietly, “You started out very impressively, but just moving like that like a blow-up doll… Why don’t you try at least kissing me or something? You need to do better to get me excited.”

Dammit… Was she just not enough against him?

Silje’s eyes wavered with uncertainty, but anger took over her immediately.

She lowered her face and started to kiss him aggressively. There was nothing she wouldn’t do now. She didn’t care anymore. All she knew was that she hated him, and she couldn’t take it anymore.

Silje bit Kail’s soft lips until they bled, then continued to kiss him hard. Was this going to be enough? Could she ever become free of him?

“Are you happy now? Just let me go now. Leave me alone!”

She screamed as she gasped for breath. She was so tired and there seemed to be no solution to this situation. Was she going to be forever chained to Kail?

When she was about to feel despair, she suddenly heard it.

Kail’s moan.

He groaned coarsely and it was the most seductive sound she had ever heard. Not missing a beat, Silje instinctively started to move against him again. She took his lips and took him in deeper and faster.
