Without thinking, Lu Weixi slapped Qin Zhiyou across the face. She finally understood why those girls at Osmanthus Garden had hit him – he definitely deserved it. Qin Zhigu was always so courteous and respectful to her since they started dating, the most they had done was hold hands and a quick peck on her cheek.

Huffily stalking off in her high heels, Lu Weixi complained to Qin Zhigu, “What kind of person is your brother? He’s super annoying!”

Qin Zhiyou watched Qin Zhigu comforting her from afar. Whatever he said quickly calmed her down. Feeling where she had just slapped him, Qin Zhiyou curved his lips into a small smile.

The very next day was a swimming class. Wearing her swimsuit, Lu Weixi was diligently doing her stretches before entering the water, when a few senior students walked in, and Qin Zhiyou was amongst them.

His arrival stirred up the girls in the room. His physique was excellent, from his broad shoulders to long legs, his muscular frame didn’t have an ounce of extra fat. While conversing with a few classmates, upon noticing Lu Weixi, a small smile spread across his face and he began walking towards her.

Lu Weixi saw him and feigned ignorance by looking down. But Qin Zhiyou’s attention was on her. He walked right up to her, grinning, “Swimming classes, huh? Want me to teach you?”

“No need.” If she had known him to be there, she wouldn’t have come.

“I see…” Just as Lu Weixi was about to leave, he stuck out a leg and tripped her. Pretending to catch her, they both fell into the swimming pool.

Lu Weixi hadn’t learnt swimming yet, so she was completely taken aback. As she was at a loss, Qin Zhiyou came over, casually pulling her in the water.
